I like this kind of Tat-chan. I like this kind of Tat-chan alot. haha~ I love Kusano also and miss him dearly. But man, I like Tat-chan all rough and angsty like this. eh~ its why I fell for him in the first place. I think I like angsty Tat-chan more than cute Tat-chan. Wait no I take that back, I like him both ways, but originally liked him angsty mhm~ haha~ I love kamepi_chan @ livejournal so much for making gifs of Summary.

Oh my goodness. Tego taking on Tat-chan in that first gif is just XD I dunno, I mean Tego taking on Tat-chan. aah~ as much as I love Tego, I've gotta say...Tat-chan all the way. Oh man and look at how Maru grabs Tego.

For some reason, I'll watch Summary just for the fight scenes haha~ I just love watching KAT-TUN and NEWS fight against each other. Even though its fake, still, I enjoy it thoroughly.

D-Trix of Quest Crew!~~ haha jk jk. I must say though, I don't keep up with dance crews or anything, only America's Best Dance Crew on MTV thats it. So this kind of show was a first for me. My goodness was I blown away! Beat Freaks was phenomenal and Quest Crew just indescribable. The crowd just went crazy! They were amazing. Daddy thank you so much. haha~ My dad knows the producer, thus my picture with D-Trix. Oh yeah and my little sister is in love with Ryan haha~ outta like nowhere too! all because she took that picture with him haha~ so weird ah~

Every time I see it happpen I"m like "Ehhhh~ again!?" its ridiculous just how performances you can catch someone doing. Just watch a NEWS performance and watch someone whose off to the side and you'll see you'll eventually stumble upon someone doing the "Ima Wa" move. mmm~ and Keii with his shirt open has decided to join them this time. mmm~

aaww gdragon. sorry but i will never get sick of this song. i can listen to haru haru, over and over and over again. after watching this, i cant help but love jiyong even more! you will notice around 3:44, when they spin around, you can hear a bang of some sort, thats because jiyong dropped the mic. haha. but look at how smooth he is!!! the camera closes up on him and hes still got his game face. still held his composure. kwon leader still working it, even without a mic.

my sister was on the ft island thread, checking out the pix of their inkigayo performance!, and she noticed that I and Minhwan have the same Skullcandy headphones. haha. I just had to mention it here after I found out, I just thought it was pretty cool. haha. yeah i ventured into ktown today. it was wonderful. haha. i freaked out, the first store i walk into was this bookstore and the second you walk in theres this shelf right in front of you full of k pop cds. the very first i saw was shinee! then i bought it. my sister bought the super junior h cd. second shop a & m records. in the store window the first thing you see in the big bang stand up poster. i spotted that poster from across the street. went in...and there it was . . . big bang's stand up album also bought that. we also spotted ft islands - colorful sensibilty. . .had to buy that!! after the whole cd leak, i promised i would buy the cd to help support the boys so i did. yeah. ktown...much fun. lots of karaoke, wanna try that out next time. if you live in or close to new york city i suggest you check it out. its on 32nd and broadway. the street is also known as korea way. yeah. i've got to take pauline along with me next time, i saw so much WG merch.

i have always loved big bang the most and this is why. they are nothing like the other artists/idol groups out there right now. they are "music over appearance." reading this just makes me love GD even more. honestly gd is one of my heroes. i look up to him so much. hes got killer style. his style is so innovative and new. not scared to try new things. he is someone that has different thoughts. i love people who think like him. i find people like him so interesting. rebellious and just do there own thing. i think its cause i am a bit like that myself. i wish i could meet someone with a mind like g dragon's, but then again there can never be another g dragon.

I guess you can say I'm pretty mature, but not uptight, ugh I don't enjoy uptight people. I can be crazy clueless sometimes haha sorry sometimes I just can't pay attention. Sometimes I'm too nice for my own good. I can honestly say in school I never had enemies, well at least known that I never knew of. I don't like to gossip. I just feel weird talking about other people. I'm either crazy shy or very out there. I can be extremely quiet, I can be a wallflower. When you get to know me well enough, you'll notice I can be a bit talkative. I'm really affectionate, haha I'm crazy about love, although I can honestly say I've never been "in love." I would love to fall in love, but I just haven't met that person who can knock me off my feet. I love love love love funny people, anyone that can make me laugh, I love to laugh. Oh my bad, I have been in love...I still am...my first love....art. I love art, its the only thing I feel confident in doing. I like painting most, I just love how smooth the paint goes on. I really truly love my friends to death, they mean the world to me. I'm afraid some may believe I'm a bad friend sometimes though, I tend to be alone alot...actually I like to be alone sometimes, just do stuff on my own. I would have to say I can be pretty fun...haha...I think I'm fun. . .yeah yeah I am fun! haha. I'm sorta weird also...haha I tend to do or say things without realizing just how strange it is. Remember how I told you I was going to waterpark...I promised I would upload pictures didn't I? Aaah yesterday was so much fun. Haha alexis and I kept making WGM references throughout the whole day. Like when we were in the wave pool, we kept going " Aaaww remember Hyunjoong trying to hold onto Hwangbo in the wavepool! So cute!" While we were laying in the lazy river we were also saying "Aww could you imagine Super Junior, all 13, floating down the lazy river. That'd be a cute sight." kpop state of mind 24/7 haha.

My parents decided to rent a cabana. They had ping pong tables, table soccer and DirecTV! haha isnt that crazy. While lounging around and trying to catch a tan I decided to play in the sand:

I was out all day. My dad's friend was throwing him a birthday party, a pool party. Very relaxing overall. Can't believe I didn't even touch the computer yesterday.

I also officially took up knitting yesterday. I've always wanted to and I finally have. Its another craft I can add onto my list. Yes I'm crazy crafty, always have been.

I'm watching My Little Bride right now.

If you haven't seen it I suggest you watch it. It's a romantic comedy. It's a story about a 15 year old girl named Boeun who is forced to marry Sangmin (a college student, so hes in the 20s?) due to a pact Sangmin's grandfather made during the Korean War. Chaos ensueds...

Summer vacation is almost over...and I will be starting college in about a month 0_0

Half my summer has been put to waste. My parents work so much, I am constantly stuck at home babysitting. I have practically become a mother at my young age of 17...i'll be18 in 12 days!!! Aiya. I should just stop whining. Once school starts it will all get better. Its easier for me to go out during the school year. During summer I guess my parents feel that on account there is no school to worry about I automatically become the babysitter...the least they could do is pay me. *shrugs* luckily i love babysitting my younger siblings. But yes...anyone out there feel my pain?

Found it in the garage when we moved here.

we went to the liberty state park today the weather was lovely. coincidentally we went the same day as All Points West. There were thousands of people coming from the ferry, which happens to go from nyc to the park. It was awesome though as you biked along the path near the Hudson River you get a good view of the stages. So every now and then I stop and watch who ever was performing. I was honestly ready to buy a ticket, I'm a sucker for the outdoor festivals, but turned out it was $89. Yeah nevermind. It was a really nice outing overall. I'll post pictures later...you'll be able to see the immense amount of people.

STAND UP IS AMAZING!

The Big Bang soompi thread has blown up. haha everyone is spazzing...including me. All six of the mini album songs have made it into the top 10 on the cyworld charts. Seriously I was blown away the second I heard the album...is it safe to say it may be the best mini album out of all three? I think its charm lies in the fact that the sound is very fresh and upbeat. Listening to this album we can see, or should I say hear, just how far musically, our boys have come. Honestly this album is amazing...

Intro: This was fierce. This sounds like a classic Big Bang song. TOP's rapping sounded very fierce in this. Of course got to love the B-I-G B-A-N-G! in the chorus. They like spelling out Big Bang in their songs don't they? Us v.i.ps enjoy spelling it out as much as them yes?

Haru Haru: Words can't fully explain this song. Its amazing! The chorus is upbeat but has got a slight somber feel. The piano makes a lovely touch to this song. I think it was very smart of them to choose this as the first single.

The MV has got this Lies feel. Jiyong's acting in this is superb!! This boy drives me crazy! I love him.

Heaven: My personal favorite! Lovely upbeat chorus. Not to overpowering. The melodies during the verses remind me of Babo...I adore Babo. I must say...AAAHHH I really don't know what else to say...ITS TOO AMAZING!!! "24/7 my heaven"

A Good Man: Aiya! First off the beginning of this song was love. The use of the guitar was very nice. The style of this song sounds like the jazz songs I hear late at night on New York City radio stations. For some reason when I hear this song the words: suave and sexy come to mind. You know what I mean.

Lady: "Excuse me Miss..." ♥ love the upbeat style of this song. This is a chorus you just want to sing along to over and over and over again. Haha and I adore GD's "yo yo yo"

Oh My Friend: I applaud Big Bang for trying something totally different from what they usually do and end up doing it this good. Seriously after listening to this I was like wow they so totally pulled it off! It sounds soo good. Makes you wanna bounce around your room, banging you head, screamin "oh my friend, oh my friend" and I know you have...haha I have. I am originally a rocker chick at heart, attended dozens of rock concerts, moshed, gone crazy...this reminded me of the old days when I was rebellious. [sidenote: Although inside I am still forever that little 13 year old rocker, rebel chic]

All in all...best album I've heard all summer! It'll take alot for another album to beat this. Good job Big Bang, once again another great mini album, bound to become a classic.

so there I was...
stuck at home on a beautiful august day with a 103 degree fever. yeah, yeah sucks. ugh had a massive crazy headache. so sore. now i dont know for sure how i got sick so quickly but i think there are two possible culprits:

1. the two days before my sickness i went on a green tea drinking spree. You see this doctor, one of my dad's friends at work, had recently come back from a trip to china. His gift for us from his trip was green tea leaves. It was nice of him to get us some...he insisted it was very good for you. I think i ended up drinking too much. The caffeine perhaps got to me.

2. we all knew it would end this way...my endless nights of no sleep. the past two months ive developed a new habit of staying up til 3-4am everyday. losing that much sleep is not a good thing haha. listen to me children sleep is good. dont stay up too late cause then you get sick like me.

mmmm went out to eat with the family last night. it was my mom's birthday yesterday. we had japanese. i seriously pigged out on the sushi. like no lie i ended up feeling sick from all the sushi i had. but then i had some green tea...and felt much much better...then had more sushi. hahaha.

The restaurant had this cool samurai armour. Makes me wanna go to Japan. AH...how i want to go to Japan.

Zzzzz.....

A miracle happened last night!
I had the urge to paint...not paint anything new in particular. More like finish a painting that has gone too long without being completed. I began doing the finishing touches on my leopard painting. The finishing touches ended up taking me 5 hours of course. Layer after layer of paint trying to get the shade just right...and sitting there with a tiny paintbrush getting all the spots just right. Hmmm I've never been that meticulous about a painting before. See I begun that painting about 3 months ago...I had the hold leopard down just not too much detail yet...then for some reason I stopped. I really loved how it was coming out and didnt want to mess it up....this isone of my biggest flaws...I rush paintings. Its almost like if I like a painting alot I'll be eager to see how it turns out...therefore I rush. I've messed up a few paintings that way...luckily it can always be fixed.

here is leopard 3 months ago...no not good. not good at all.

its gotten better though. I'll come back, edit this, and put a picture of the finished product later.
but yes...i can only paint late at night. Its a night, when everything is quiet and their are no distractions. Its easier for me to concentrate. So whenever I paint I lose an immense amount of sleep...for days...even weeks. Typical...happens to all my Studio Art classmates also. aah not good though. I'm going to developing eye bags aiya!

I listened to Rilo Kiley all night. Their one song "Does He Love You?" always gets me. The song has got a nice story too it..sad story, but nice...nice twist towards the end.

Maggie Mae kept me company all last night. Aw Maggie Mae how I love you. Shes my cat...my baby. Hahaha. Her name is Maggie Mae...like the Rod Stewart song. I just changed May to Mae. To make it somewhat different. haha yeah my cat is named after a Rod Stewart song. She wouldnt stop meowing though. See she sleeps in my room...and when I'm up late, shes up trying to get me to sleep. She wont stop meowing until I sleep. Yeah cute, but annoying.

Never have I been so close to a boy before. (I've never been in a real relationship, yup no boyfriend...ever)

I really thought he could possibly be my first.

Then I saw his true colors.

The sweet, deep, smart boy I thought I knew was different.

He wanted nothing from me but sex.

In school he would touch me.

It was always a cold touch...a cold touch that I knew wanted only one thing.

But I'd allow him to touch me...I've always wanted a boy to hold me.

I was desperate. Pathetic.

Girls long for a boy to hold them, its only natural.

I was really convinced I loved this boy.

It went on for years.

No real relationship ever established.

Just a girl that fulfilled his desires when convenient.

I never had the guts to fully give in.

I'm still a virgin, but I remember many times where I was ready to come over, late a night, just to make him happy.

I'm glad I never did.

I found out today that boy has a girlfriend.

I prayed for him.

I hope he treats that girl well.

But if hes treating her like he treated me...I really hope she realizes.

Its been a few months since I talked to him last.

I'm a virgin and I plan on staying one until I really do find my soul mate.

I do have to admit though...

I would still like a boyfriend though ...someone sweet, genuine, smart, and definitely funny.

Someone who'll see that there is more to me than what meets the eye.

Its time for me to write the essay.

Yep the college admission essay.

Seriously I'm pretty good when it comes to writing.

but gosh all this pressure is just driving me crazy.

From what I hear...

Your admission essay can make or break you.

I have 500 words, to discuss my reasons for pursuing undergraduate study in the visual arts.

I'm free to include any information about myself, my goals and interests.

Do you remember having to write your admission essay? (for those who have)

Were you as nervous as I seem?

Haha.

Believe me I'm shaking in my boots.

Nervousness, anxiety, excitement.

I don't know what it is, but its drving me crazy.

I can't concentrate on the damn essay.

I want to get it across that I would practically die of happiness if I ever got accepted.

School of Visual Arts is my dream school.

I don't want to over think the essay,

but I definently want the passion to be there.

I want the people in admissions to feel how I feel.

I want them to feel that hunger inside me.

I want them to feel that drive.

I want them to see this is all I want.

It is all I've ever wanted.

Art.

Can my words possibly show that.

We'll just have to wait and see I guess.

Hopefully that lightbulb inside my head will light.

It eventually does.

Heres hoping I get over his hurtle (takes a sip of tea)

Its 2008.

This is my year.

Lets hope that within this 6 or so month period we'll find out whether I get into my dream school or not.

decisions, decisions.

As you know I've decided to begin applying to schools....

sadly I haven't yet but...

I have filled out one for the School of Visual Arts.

I just got to send it in now.

There is one thing bugging me.

So I'm stuck between going to an art school or regular university/college.

Its a majority of art schools in this area that carry my major, commercial art.

So now I'm stuck.

I'm not sure who I want to please.

My parents or me.

I feel like my heart is with an art school but, my brain is thinking I may benefit by going to a regular college and being able to take non-art courses.

Gosh.

Why must it be so difficult.

Well.

At least I've started filling out applications.

Maybe I'll have actually applied by my next post.

i always do this.

i'll start a brand new blog...just because i'm bored.

i'll tell myself i'll actually write stuff on a daily basis...

but in the end i never do.

dang.

i promise to try my best and actually write in here...

christmas has come and go.
honestly this year didn't feel much like christmas.
every year it feels less and less like christmas.
its almost like that magic feeling you had when you were younger is gone.
i remember being so excited and waiting all year for it.
now it just felt like any other day.
dang.
growing up sucks.
but hey we all do.
speaking of growing up...

i've really got to start applying to colleges.
i finally got a good score on my SATs.
1540...thats good right?
i feel so nervous.
i feel like no college would ever accept me.
i'm not exactly the smartest kid.
oh well its just the jitters right?
i wonder how it would feel to be a student with like a 4.5 GPA or something.
i wonder how it would feel knowing you would probably be able to get into any school you wanted.
you think people like that feel the same pressure as other students?

enough pondering.
i really must begin applying.
maybe i'll do that now.
i love how schools allow you to apply online now.
with that said i shall end my post.
