The Big Bang soompi thread has blown up. haha everyone is spazzing...including me. All six of the mini album songs have made it into the top 10 on the cyworld charts. Seriously I was blown away the second I heard the album...is it safe to say it may be the best mini album out of all three? I think its charm lies in the fact that the sound is very fresh and upbeat. Listening to this album we can see, or should I say hear, just how far musically, our boys have come. Honestly this album is amazing...

Intro: This was fierce. This sounds like a classic Big Bang song. TOP's rapping sounded very fierce in this. Of course got to love the B-I-G B-A-N-G! in the chorus. They like spelling out Big Bang in their songs don't they? Us v.i.ps enjoy spelling it out as much as them yes?

Haru Haru: Words can't fully explain this song. Its amazing! The chorus is upbeat but has got a slight somber feel. The piano makes a lovely touch to this song. I think it was very smart of them to choose this as the first single.



The MV has got this Lies feel. Jiyong's acting in this is superb!! This boy drives me crazy! I love him.

Heaven: My personal favorite! Lovely upbeat chorus. Not to overpowering. The melodies during the verses remind me of Babo...I adore Babo. I must say...AAAHHH I really don't know what else to say...ITS TOO AMAZING!!! "24/7 my heaven"

A Good Man: Aiya! First off the beginning of this song was love. The use of the guitar was very nice. The style of this song sounds like the jazz songs I hear late at night on New York City radio stations. For some reason when I hear this song the words: suave and sexy come to mind. You know what I mean.

Lady: "Excuse me Miss..." ♥ love the upbeat style of this song. This is a chorus you just want to sing along to over and over and over again. Haha and I adore GD's "yo yo yo"

Oh My Friend: I applaud Big Bang for trying something totally different from what they usually do and end up doing it this good. Seriously after listening to this I was like wow they so totally pulled it off! It sounds soo good. Makes you wanna bounce around your room, banging you head, screamin "oh my friend, oh my friend" and I know you have...haha I have. I am originally a rocker chick at heart, attended dozens of rock concerts, moshed, gone crazy...this reminded me of the old days when I was rebellious. [sidenote: Although inside I am still forever that little 13 year old rocker, rebel chic]


All in all...best album I've heard all summer! It'll take alot for another album to beat this. Good job Big Bang, once again another great mini album, bound to become a classic.
